It's finally here! It's the biggest holiday for the Polish of Cleveland and ground zero is Gordon Square! We will open at 11am for tons of great polish beer, house-made pierogi's and kielbasa, and the best polka music! We will also christen our beer garden that day. We will be grilling on the patio and serving plenty of piwo and vodka out there as well. Not to be outdone, the Cleveland chapter of the United States Bartender's Guild will have a satellite bar slinging the best cocktails in town.
